16 Nm Damper Actuators – RA16 series

Description

VCP non-spring return damper actuators are suitable for various applications, including motorized control of dampers in ventilation systems such as Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) environments.

Solutions for VCP non-spring return damper actuators are ideal for controlling dampers, air handlers, economizer units, VAV terminal units, fan coil units, fan shutters, and unit ventilators.

VCP non-spring return damper actuators are direct-mounted on standard damper shafts to control dampers.

The RA16-series non-spring return damper actuators, with torque of 16 Nm, are used to regulate dampers up to approximately 4.0 m².

The 16 Nm non-spring return damper actuators (RA16 24D and RA16 220D) offer control signals in on/off (two-position) or 3-point (3-point floating/tri-state) configurations.

The 16 Nm non-spring return damper actuator RA16 24VC features selectable control signals: 0-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA.

Auxiliary switches are equipped on digital models (on/off or 3-point), including RA16 24D S2 and RA16 220D S2, and on analog models (0-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA) such as RA16 24VC S2.

A feedback signal is standard on all RA16-series models with analog control signals.

The RA16-series actuators feature a position indicator, manual override via push button, and a direction of rotation changeable via a switch on the PCB.

The running time for all RA16-series non-spring return damper actuators is 80 seconds.
